How to get Indian standard time while the hosting server other than Indian server.

    Hey are you sure this code snippet is apt to get Indian standard time, once change the system time and test, it doesn't work with windows applications weather it works with web application or not i don't know also test in web application by changing system date .

    Its only meant for web apps, sure it will work.
